This is a one-of-a-kind plant-based gourmet cheese with a creamy & mild center with a bit of funk from the healthy, bloomy rind. Perfect spread on a baguette with some fruit and greens, served on a cheese board with accompaniments, or enjoyed with crackers and a glass of wine.
